In order to meet the needs of workshop production and ensure personal safety and equipment safety, the operation of vacuum packaging machine is stipulated as follows:
1. Check before starting up
1). Plug in the power, open the air pressure valve, and check whether the air leakage of each air pipe is aging.
2. Equipment operation
1). Turn on the switch and press the start button of vacuum pump.
2). The equipment has the functions of paste filling machine, sealing and edge cutting, etc,different functions should be selected according to different requirements of packaging products(highest vacuum at 999).
3). Select parameters such as vacuum degree, sealing time and cutting time according to the thickness of different bags.
4). Put the product into the conveyor belt for packing machine and press the green start button with the pressure plate.
5). After each shift, clean the oil in the packaging room with warm water and detergent.
3. Points for attention
1). When packing, the sealing position of the packing bag must be placed on the pressure plate.
2). Do not directly flush the machine with water.
3). Please unplug the power switch and close the air pressure valve after cleaning.
