1. What to do when the vacuum packing machine does not vacuum or the vacuum degree is not high?
1) if the vacuum pump is inverted, check if the rotation direction of the vacuum pump is consistent with the arrow clicked on the vacuum pump, and adjust it correctly;
2) the newly purchased single-chamber bottle blowing machine manufacturers may not be mild enough in the plane between the upper cover and the lower cover of the vacuum chamber when it is in use. We need to exert a little pressure on the vacuum chamber to make the upper cover of the vacuum chamber coincide with the panel;
3) the travel switch is not in place and the position of the travel switch limit plate is adjusted.
4) time relay is out of control and replaced.
5) vent valve is not closed tightly, resulting in leakage, check the vent electromagnetic valve, valve core (rubber). Whether there is wear, pollution or spool center deviation.
6) check whether there is leakage or looseness in all parts of the phase line.
2. Poor heat sealing quality
1) check whether the mouth of the packing bag is clean and avoid smudging on the seal.
2) check whether the nickel-chromium strip is working normally and whether there is short circuit or circuit break.
3) whether the heat seal temperature and heat seal time are appropriate.
4) check whether the air bag with hot pressure is leaking.
5) the heat-sealed electromagnetic valve does not work properly.
3. No air release after vacuuming. The vacuum chamber cannot be opened.
1) the time relay is out of control and the contact contact is poor or damaged.
2) no power supply, check the power circuit.
3) check whether the vent electromagnetic valve is working normally.
