Operating procedures
1. The outer shell of the vacuum packing machine must be grounded and maintain good contact to ensure the safety of operators, especially when packing moisture content, pay more attention to the grounding situation.
2. According to the power supply requirements indicated by the machine, switch on the corresponding power supply (generally AC220V/50Hz is adopted for single room models, while three-phase AC380V/50Hz is adopted for two-room models).
3. The machine should be installed horizontally, without corrosive gases in the surrounding environment, and keep well-ventilated.
4. Before starting the machine, it shall fill 3/4 of the height from oil to oil window of the special machine for vacuum pump according to the requirements specified in the operating instructions of the vacuum pump,Oil level should not be less than 1/2 of the height of the oil window, but not too much.
5. Set the parameters according to the method in chapter 6:A. Select the appropriate pumping time according to the size of the automatic liquid packing machine. The longer the pumping time is, the higher the vacuum degree will be.B. According to the thickness of packaging materials and other factors, select proper sealing time and heat sealing temperature to obtain the best sealing strength.
6. Place the packaging bag in the vacuum chamber, and the mouth of the bag should be placed on the heating rack flat and pressed with the steel wire.
7. Confirm that the above adjustment is correct and start packing,Press the vacuum cover, the machine starts by itself, and the vacuum pump begins to work.
8. Vacuum pump begins to pump air into the workshop, and the system produces negative pressure, and the upper cover is automatically sucked.
9. When the pumping time is over, the system will start filling (no cup filling machine will be automatically turned into sealing condition).
10. When the air filling is finished, the heat-sealing solenoid valve opens and the air bag expands, making the sealing part and the heating part press tightly,at the same time, the electric heating part of the instant power, implementation of sealing, stamping date.
11. After sealing, the cooling time relay starts to work,its function is to use waste heat to compress the bag mouth to prevent it from shrinkage when cooling.(the cooling time relay is installed in the electrical box, which has been adjusted before delivery).
12. After the cooling time is over, the vent electromagnetic valve opens, the negative pressure of the workshop disappears, the upper cover opens automatically, and the machine is restored, ready for the next work.
Matters needing attention:
1. The oil level of the vacuum pump should be 3/4 of the oil window height when it is running.If the height of oil window is lower than 1/2, high speed vacuum pump oil should be added in time,too high or too low oil level is bad for vacuum pump motor.Please refer to the instructions of vacuum pump for operation.
2. The machine shall be placed horizontally, and the environment shall be well ventilated, free from corrosive gas and large dust.
3. The machine must be equipped with a protective grounding line and check whether the connection points are in good contact frequently to ensure personal safety.
4. The heating time and heating temperature must be set in a proper place before the machine works, and the principle from low to high should be mastered,do not set the heat seal time and temperature very long or very high to avoid burning electric heating parts or ptfe sealing paint cloth.
5. When the upper cover is pressed down, the vacuum pump will start to work. At this time, if the upper cover has not been sucked in place, the user should press the upper cover down by hand with a little more force.
6. Abnormal noise is emitted when the machine is working and the pointer of the vacuum gauge is not moving, indicating that the direction of the vacuum pump may be wrong,the phase of its three-phase power source may be inconsistent with the factory phase, should immediately shut down, otherwise it is easy to damage the vacuum pump.At this point, you only need to replace any two of the three-phase power supply (single-phase power supply does not have this phenomenon).
7. Check the surface of ptfe paint cloth on the sealing part regularly for foreign matter or unevenness to ensure the sealing quality.Replace in time if there is any damage.
8. Check whether the screws in each part of the machine are loose, and whether the vacuum chamber can move around flexibly.A suitable amount of lubricating oil should be added to the moving parts and oil holes.
9. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button and the machine cover can be opened by itself.
10. The machine should be cut off after work.
