Scope of application: this procedure is applicable to the operation and maintenance of the company's automatic packaging machine.
Responsibility: operators and department workshop directors using automatic packaging machine are responsible for this regulation.
Content:
1. Operation requirements and steps:
Operation requirements and procedures should follow the operation instruction of automatic drink mixing system and refer to the operation instruction of automatic packaging machine.
2. Preparation before starting up:
2.1 lubricate the parts with relative movement before starting the machine.Wipe the operating table of the machine and the exposed surface.
2.3 turn on the power switch, check whether the power signal, man-machine interface and control panel are displayed normally, and whether the equipment starts, stops, emergency stops and is effective.
2.4 check whether the man-machine interface parameters meet the process requirements.
3. Matters needing attention:
3.1 personnel without training and authorization shall not use the machine independently.
3.2 if any abnormal situation is found during the operation of the machine, press the emergency stop button immediately and stop the machine for inspection.
3.3 during operation, the machine shall not clean or oil the moving parts.
3.4 when repairing the machine or adjusting the automatic laser marking machine parts, the machine must be carried out when it stops moving and turn off the electrical and gas switches when necessary.
4. Maintenance and maintenance:
4.1 the articles and tools around the machine should be cleaned and cleaned every day to keep the machine clean and tidy. Tools are neat, clean and intact.
4.2 the film fragments on the bottom sealing and hot sealing shall be cleared every day, and the paper cutting mechanism, punching mechanism and packaging material fragments of easily torn punching parts shall be cleared.
4.3 check the gear and bearing in each part of the system monthly and add lubricating oil.
4.4 check the tension and wear of the synchronous belt and conveyor belt of the transmission parts monthly, and adjust or replace them if necessary.
4.5 check whether the fixed and connected electrical lines are loose and exposed annually;Check electrical components for normal heating; Check the heating element for damage; Check electrical components for aging damage;
4.6 motor bearings and motor coil insulation shall be inspected and maintained annually.
4.7 check and calibrate the temperature controller once a year, and make relevant records.
